We are a Fast Casual Restaurant serving up mouthwatering Smoked Meats. Our roots come from 2 generations of Firefighters with over 55 years of experience feeding the hungriest of crowds at the firehouse. We utilize only the best quality ingredients crafted using our tried-and-true methods to yield the best product possible. Beyond the restaurant we have a concession trailer for special events and festivals and are also available to cater your event no matter the size or menu.
