50 years ago, a small blind wine tasting event in Paris changed the history of wine and made such a huge impact it became known as "The Judgement of Paris", based on a book by that same name. The event was commemorated in 2008 with the movie "Bottle Shock", which is a GREAT movie!!
We hope you might join us for our 50th anniversary celebration of this historic event. This is our schedule..

Date: 9/20/26 Sunday afternoon

4:00 pm Open doors, welcome!

4:15 Show movie "Bottle Shock"

At intermission we will have 4 local sommeliers participate in a blind tasting of French and California wines.

6:00 pm All guests are invited to rate the same wines by participating in the blind tasting.
At the end of the evening we will tally all our ratings and announce "The Judgement of Wichita".

Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
