After much thought and consideration, we are announcing Black Sheep will be closing its chapter as a traditional LGBT+ bar and restaurant and transitioning into Black Sheep Events, an event-driven space focused on curated experiences, private gatherings, and intentional community programming.
Over time, it became clear that the strongest moments in this space weren’t about operating on a fixed schedule, they were about the nights we came together with purpose. This evolution allows us to focus on what has resonated most while continuing to provide a safe, welcoming space for our community.
Our final day of regular service will be this Friday, January 16 at 9pm and we’ll be coming together one last time to celebrate all the moments that make Black Sheep what it was.
This isn’t an ending, it’s a transition shaped by the people who made this space home for everyone.

As we step into this next chapter, we’ll also be accepting inquiries for private events and future bookings and look forward to creating what’s next together.
