Rehearsals at Vue Columbus- essential for planning and perfecting the ceremony of your dreams! ✨

What to expect from your rehearsal at Vue?

- Your coordinator will help check you in and make sure your decor is all there and ready to be placed correctly for the wedding the next day.
- Your coordinator, with the help of your officiant will aid in getting your wedding party lined up and practice walking down the aisle.
- Your officiant will then have time to practice ceremony moments like the handoff of the bouquet, the exchange of the rings, and proclamation of marriage!

There is so much that goes into planning a ceremony and wedding, so anything our Vue Columbus team can do to support you, we are happy to do!

Knowing who to invite to your wedding and how to narrow down that list can be a little overwhelming sometimes, but luckily we’ve got some advice for our Vue couples!

1. Set a realistic budget before you make your guest list.
2. Categorize your guests into different groups.
3. Us the “Have I Heard From Them in a Year” Rule.
4. You don’t have to give everyone a plus one or invite their kids.
5. Ask for parental input, but set boundaries.

On the day of your wedding, your coordinator’s main jobs are to:

- Oversee set up of your layout and personal decor
- Make sure all your enhancements are prepped and set up
- Ensure your timeline stays on track, and that the event flow keeps moving
- Be there to help answer questions for vendors and guests
- Help you gather up your personal items at the end of the night!!
