I didn’t win the competition, but making it to the quarter-finals was a proud moment—and I couldn’t have done it without your votes, shares, and constant encouragement. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up for me. 🙏🏾

This is just the beginning. Cooking is more than a talent—it’s my purpose. Every dish I create carries the flavors of my roots and the lessons passed down from my late mother. She gave me the gift of this craft, and honoring her through every plate keeps me going.

I’m more inspired than ever to keep pushing, keep growing, and keep feeding souls. The journey continues—and I’m taking you all with me. 🖤🍽️🔥

Kicked off this month by stepping out of my comfort zone doing something that absolutely scares me…public speaking 😩….and I am so so grateful I did. Thank you to for creating this series… you’re really THAT GURL!! I had the opportunity to share space with some really amazing, inspirational creatives and took home second place in a pitch competition- shoutout the first place winner 🎉🎉. Most importantly I got to share my passion with a lot of new faces in a new city that I fell in love with(It’s still LI foreva😆)So to my new followers and future clients….Welcome🫶🏾!! Teish is my name and food is my game!! (I’m also the freestyle queen- but we’ll table that for later). I am truly grateful you are here and looking forward to bringing the IMP experience to a kitchen near you!! chef
