If you came to one of our events earlier this year, you might know us as Not-A-Con Events (as in, not a comiccon), but we've re-branded! Now, we're NerdsIRL!
Why?
Well, Not-A-Con was a great reflection of where we started and what inspired us to start hosting these events, but we've grown beyond that concept.
Rather than defining ourselves by what we're not, now we're focusing on what we are:
👉 A way for nerds and geeks to get out of the house and make new friends in real life who are just as passionate about the same awesome weird stuff as you are.
Hence, NerdsIRL 🤓
(also, I got tired of explaining to non-nerds that no, it does not reference that we're not con-men 🙄)
