We would all love to protect our children from tragedy for as long as possible, but the truth is we can't. 9/11 is a day where a majority of us have to cope together, and our children may be experiencing this for the first time. We must help them understand and also learn to cope with not just today but all tragic events they will experience. This video gives tips on how to do so and mentions a video made just for kids to gain a better understanding of the tragic event on September 11, 2001. I hope everyone has a safe weekend!

We all need help mentally sometimes, and more people need to understand how to not only support their loved ones dealing with trauma but help themselves.
