As March comes to a close I have to reflect on how far my business has come. 2 years as a officiant, 1 year as a registered LLC with the state of Indiana and most importantly I have had the honor or uniting so many couple and families in marriage. People think that a marriage license is just a piece a paper. However, that piece of paper changes things for couples and families. The spouse gets the legal right to speak for the other when needed, children get the protection of a family that they may not have had before. Lastly well it is almost tax season and married people do get a lot more tax deductions non single people do lol.
I want to take the time to thank all of my past clients, my friends, and others who have shared my name and booked with me. I pray I always am able to give my best service to every new client and make the wedding even just signing their license a special time for them.
No marriage is so small to not be treated like a grand event. License signing, courthouse, elopement, and more. I am excited to see where God takes this business in the coming year and am grateful for each opportunity I get to engage with a couple whether they book with me or not. Every encounter brings a lesson learned and a chance for growth in myself and my business.
