It’s invitation season over here! I know everyone has their own guidelines but here are my general thoughts on how soon to send out your invites… I prefer 12 weeks and in some instances 16 weeks. I find that having all responses in by 4-5 weeks out from the wedding gives the couple more time to organize their seating plans, designers more time to create custom seating chart builds, and lets us all breathe a bit more in the final weeks.
Early Planning= Less Stress 😉

When Cassidy & Cooper told me how much they love music, I knew we had to incorporate intentional details to reflect this into the wedding day.
