Living in the moment.

Taking it all in….
Wedding days are hard work. Over the past 15 years, we have spent thousand upon thousands of hours strategically and methodically planning every behind the scene detail of our events. It’s January, which means we are actually knee deep in planning and designing. If you don’t see us super engaged on the gram it’s because we are working…hard.
There is no off season in the world of planning, but once the seasons kicks off with production (in four short weeks) we can’t wait to share! Thank you for always hanging with us! 🖤

Why hello 2024…

December was a whirlwind! Closed out the 2023 year with bringing on some amazing new couples, spent a week in Boca Raton at the Engage!23 summit with the best in the business learning so much, celebrated Christmas with my family, spent a few days in Napa Valley with my husband, and finally danced the night away on NYE with my husband and kids. ❤️

I’m so excited for all of our couples getting married in 2024! It’s going to be an epic year!!! ✨

Congrats to all of the newly engaged couples!
We can’t wait to chat with each of you that have reached out over the holidays and hear all about you and your fiancé! 🥂

Outdoor weddings…we are a sucker for them. Nothing beats the fresh air for late night dancing under the stars. The one attention to detail so many overlook…lighting. Extra lighting is critical. Not only for your guests, but for your vendor teams as well. Extra lighting often means extra power sources as well. Extra power sources means logistics and safety. When in doubt, hire a planner 😎

Opinion Post!
Recently I made a statement at a wedding while the bride was getting ready with photo and video teams and to my surprise everyone agreed so I thought maybe I should share.
Brides…. Stop with the soft smile practicing. It’s your wedding day! Let the happiness radiate from you! I see so many wedding post constantly telling brides to “practice your soft smiles”. Just stop.
As someone who looks at hundreds of galleries my favorites are the brides with the big smiles, laughter, crinkle noses, dancing eyes. These images are the ones that evoke so much emotion and joy. They really take me back to the clients day. When I see them just having the best time of their lives.
Now before you come for me, is there a time for more subtle smiles for portraits, of course... So brides, grooms, relax, have fun and don’t worry so much about your soft smiles! Trust me you will feel so much excitement when you look back at your wedding photos down the road.
Sharing a few of my favorite brides I love to look back on when I need a smile boost in my office!
