🚨PSA🚨 The Columbus Commons Underground Parking Garage elevator will be closed starting Monday, September 8
To improve the experience of all patrons, the Columbus Commons Underground Garage will be undergoing construction to replace the existing elevator with a brand-new, modern elevator, offering greater reliability and efficiency.
To complete this work as quickly as possible, the elevator will be closed from Monday, September 8 through Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
During the closure, courtesy golf cart shuttles will be circulating Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 6 pm, as well as during scheduled Ohio Theatre and Columbus Commons events. Note, the courtesy shuttles cannot accommodate wheeled devices (wagons, wheelchairs, strollers, etc.).
We expect shuttles to arrive at stops roughly every 10 mins. If you need a shuttle outside listed hours or if the shuttle has not arrived after 10 mins, please call 614-227-3788.
