Columbus Commons The six-acre urban backdrop for the things you love here in Downtown Columbus. With 200+ events a year, there's something for everyone.

Columbus Commons is a six-acre green space located in Downtown Columbus featuring world-class gardens, grand lawns, the Columbus Bicentennial Pavilion and walking paths. The Bosque in the southern end of the park includes restrooms, a hand-carved carousel, bistro tables and chairs and two park cafes: Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and Tortilla Street Food. Commons serves as a thriving gathering place and hosts nearly 250 community events during the April-October season, including concerts, races, festivals, Family Fun days, movies, Food Truck Food Court, outdoor fitness classes and more.

A visit to Columbus Commons isn’t complete without a spin on the carousel, and the best part? Rides are always FREE! Come celebrate with a spin this weekend! ✨
 
Get to know the carousel a little better with a few fun facts:
🎨 The canopy features hand-painted scenes of Columbus landmarks including Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Ohio Statehouse
🎠 The carousel features over 20 animals to choose from, so you’re sure to find a favorite
🪵 Each animal is hand-carved from wood, making the carousel a rare find
