That’s why we recommend two bars for every 100 guests. At this wedding, we set up one full bar in the cocktail hour space and one in the reception space. Guests moved between them all night, lines stayed short, and the dance floor stayed full. Similar bar structures kept it cohesive, and we let guests know both were open all night.
Yes, it costs more. More bartenders, more setup, more glassware. But it also means twice the hands during the post ceremony rush and less time in line for guest.
