Exciting changes starting Thursday, April 1! Customers will be welcomed back into the shop for carryout orders only beginning April 1, 2021! The online store will no longer be available at that time. Masks will be required without exception any time you are inside the shop, and social distancing will be enforced. Space inside is tight, so please limit the size of your party whenever possible. Limits on capacity may be implemented during peak times. Thank you for your continued support as we make this small step toward “normal”.

We had a great time today in Mt. Vernon. A beautiful day to see the sugaring process and at the end, we got free samples of their delicious maple coffee, maple cream and best of all - their Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup - that convinced me to promptly hand over my credit card! They have another open house next weekend and everyone should take advantage of this free event - make sure you plan waffles or pancakes for dinner that night (or just eat the maple cream on anything you can find like we did).

How about this honey cake for your special honey this Valentine's Day? A rich vanilla pound cake soaked with a honey syrup, this was so delicious, we ate the entire thing in pretty much a day. I think it would be amazing with fresh berries and whipped cream also, if you want it a little fancier.
