​We are building something special in Columbus, but we can’t keep it a secret! To keep this movement growing, we need every single one of our regular members locked in, on the floor, and bringing a guest with them this week.

Community Meets and Treats! We’ve formalized this unique experience, featuring a community-focused decorated car show and outdoor trick-or-treat walk (see the car with the customized message!). Bring your own passion and create unforgettable community connections.

​We’re still riding the high from yesterday’s session! A massive thank you to everyone who showed up yesterday morning and rolled with the punches. Even though we weren’t on the turf due to another event in the space, you all brought that exact same relentless energy and adapt-and-overcome mindset. That flexibility shows what this movement is truly about!

​A huge shoutout to our gym partners at All In One Sports Center for accommodating us and providing the space for our community to keep grinding! 🤝

​As one of your co-leads, I gotta be honest—you all motivate ME more than you know. Setting up the play....

​💥 THE GRAND FINALE: WE DON’T COUNT, WE WORK! 💥
​55 minutes of non-stop action wasn't enough... so we had to end it with the ultimate challenge: 50 BURPEES!
​The game plan was simple: 10 rounds of 5, alternating lines so everyone stays moving and pushing each other. But when you’ve got a room full of locked-in competitors, math goes out the window real quick. 😂
​My boys lost count mid-way through and said, “FORGET IT... WE DROPPING A 60 PACK! CATCH UP!!” 💣💥
​That’s the exact mindset and energy we’re building here every single week. When you think you’re done, you dig deeper and find another gear.
