The Changes 🤰🏽

Pregnancy changes your body so much! And it’s completely normal 😍

However accepting the changes can be very difficult, everyday as a mother of 2 I still have to overcome struggles of accepting the changes.

How to still grounded:

+ look at your scars/marks and compare that to your children & realize that if that’s the price that needed to be paid it was a good one

+ invest in creams, oils and lotions that naturally even out skin tone

+ dress in a way that covers your areas that you are still working through

+ accept yourself flaws and all just like you would tell your little one 🫶🏾
