Hi friend, my name is Hannah Hamilton— and I have a confession to make.

I adore every aspect of my job. The creativity, the relationships, the flowers. From every step in the design process, to executing on the big day— my clients deserve the best of me.

Detailed mock ups save time and energy for each one of my clients— no guessing, no unclear expectations. No detail is overlooked throughout the entire process— I truly pour my heart and soul into every aspect.

But the truth is, I DO NOT do it alone. This level of devotion can only come from one foundation. My village. From my team at , my lovely husband, my family, my faith, and so many more not pictured— just know when you see Lemonwood shine, it’s truly thanks to them.

Here, we value relationships over performance. Teamwork means more when we all have a common goal, and that goal is serving YOU.

At LWF, we lean into design that feels organic, intentional, and deeply rooted in storytelling — specifically, your story. We work with seasonal, local blooms whenever possible and believe in letting flowers speak softly yet powerfully, just as they are.
