IWR 40-Monster's Ball results:
The House of Insanity was wild at IWR 40-Monster's Ball Thursday October 23rd with some big wins, challenges and chaos!
The VIP portion started with Jack F'n Price picking upna big win over The Perminator Sam Beale. Next up the team of Cody Reinhardt and Leela Hall lost a hard fought inter-gender match against the team of Sean Evans and Pepper Pryde. The VIP main event saw a bloodied Rohit Raju get the win over The Swag Champ Ren Jones!
During intermission the crowd was forced to watch The Canadian Corner hosted by Avery Hughes with special guests Dutch and Connor of The Buckeye Brutes. The Buckeye Brutes continually spoke down of Monroe and Monroe's own Manbeast Rhino until Rhino decided to come out and interrupt the segment and find out what their problem was with Monroe. The three jumped Rhino and it spilled over into the start of live on TrillerTV segment of the show and a suprise appearance from Heath Slater to help save the day.
The main card finally began after the Carnage from The Canadian Corner was cleaned up with OX and AD Norman w/ John E Bravo in their corner taking an upset loss to The Saint Brothers when OX was put through a table and pinned!
The next match was a rematch for the IWR United States Title with Jake Crist getting the dq win over champion Adam F'n Wick but that wasn't enough to take the title because IWR rules do not allow a title to change hands due to dq or count out.
After that another IWR title was up for grabs when IWR World Tag Team Champions Tye or Die successfully defended against The Monsters of Destruction's Papa Dingo and BeastMan.
Next IWR security Preston Ryker rushed the ring to demand a match feeling hes been underutilized in IWR by never having a match yet. Well he quickly second guessed that decision when the lights began to flicker and Soultaker came out to grant him his wish, quickly chokeslamming Preston for a decisive win.
The team of TNA Superstar Top Notch Jason Hotch and The Canadian Kenny Urban was up next against TNA Superstar Trey Miguel and his suprise tag team partner Mr. All Night Long Rich Swann! This match had it all including a mysterious mist from Trey Miguel that had, well let's just say everyone was in slow motion for a bit. In the end Swann pinned Urban and quickly grabbed the mic to challenge TNA Superstar AJ Francis as December 27th's IWR 41-Season's Beatings Fest! We will see if AJ accepts.
Rory Shield made an impressive IWR in ring debut losing a tough battle with The Olde Tyme Women's Athletics World Champion Kitty LaFleur
The night's main event was a Monster's Ball Match with Jake Something up against The Young Goat Myron Reed and the winner getting the number one contender spot to the IWR World Heavyweight Title and a chance to take on Champion The Main Event Monster Madman Fulton at IWR 41-Season's Beatings Fest. This match was brutal with steel garbage can lids, high flying action and hard hits with Myron and Jake going through a table from the ring to the floor of the House of Insanity. Just when it looked like Myron might pick up the win his past came back to haunt him when former student and friend Matt Diesel, whom he recently turned on came out and got into his head causing Jake to get the win and the number one contenders spot!
The night also had a huge announcement when the crowd and TV audience found out former WWE and AEW Superstar Paige aka Saraya will be a guest at IWR 41-Season's Beatings Fest Saturday December 27th and available for meet and greets before the show!
