Dear Mother of the Bride,
This is such an exciting time in your life and yet so bittersweet and full of emotions!
I would like to share a few tips and ideas with you to help you enjoy this season with your daughter.
Don’t stress the small stuff.
Take a little time for yourself every week
* Massage
* Pedi/mani
* Meet a friend for a glass of wine
* Basically anything that will pour life
into you and refresh you.
Ask for help whether it be a professional event planner or family/ friends.
As I reflect on my daughters wedding, the
One thing that I would do differently is to hire a professional coordinator ( someone that will handle all the details, large or small )at rehearsal and day of wedding. So that you are able to fully enjoy this special day with your daughter!

Finding the perfect photographer ✨

One of the most important people to find for your event is a photographer!

Some of the most important qualities when looking for the right photographer:

* They feel like a friend
* They put you at ease
* They have photos that represent what you are looking for in your own
* They capture emotion
* They capture the little details
* They capture the moments and people’s faces and emotions during the event
* They have great reviews
* They have people to call for references
* They are reliable
* They are in your price range

Dear bride, as the news of your engagement is still fresh and new and planning a wedding seems so dreamy and exciting I want to share some advice when it comes to planning your big day.

To do’s:
* start planning in advance ( at least a year before )
* get a wedding planner or day of coordinator
* plan more time for pictures
* Set a budget

Don’t do:
* don’t stress
* don’t let the little things bother you
* don’t let anyone ruin your day!

What mattered most to me was being able to marry the love of my life and being surrounded by friends and family while we made that commitment! ❤️

Some things you should think of that you normally don’t:
* Plan extra time to get ready
* make a list of things that are super important to you
* make sure you have plenty of snacks & drinks while getting ready
* Figure out who will gather your things after reception food, gifts etc.

Your wedding day is about you and your spouse, don’t let the little things ruin your special day!
Enjoy your day and take in every moment, because it goes by so fast!

Wedding day drama vs wedding day bliss. What do you prefer?

Wedding Drama = overwhelmed, anxious and tired

Wedding Bliss = organized, care-free and beautiful.

I don’t know about you but when I began to plan my wedding I felt completely determined. I was that girl who was dead set on planning the entire event from A to Z and was for sure going to stick to my budget. I think I made it through half of a day before I felt overwhelmed and knew that planning everything and cutting people from my attendance list was going to be too much for me. It was at that moment I reached out and called to book my own wedding planner and I never looked back.
