🚨 Attention Food Entrepreneurs! 🚨

Exciting news! We’re in the process of developing a fantastic shipping container restaurant complex, food park, and commissary kitchen area on Fortson Road, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

We already have a lot of interest in our individual commissary kitchens, which will be perfect for food trucks and trailers. If you're looking for a dedicated space to prepare your delicious creations, this is your chance! This will absolutely be the happening scene in town where you can rent your kitchen and set up your truck/trailer!!

**While we’re still finalizing pricing based on the needs of our project, I want to hear from you!** If you're interested in leasing a commissary kitchen, please email me at [email protected] with your name, phone number, and how many kitchens you would need.

🚨Remember, to be legal in this state and county you MUST have a commissary kitchen(homebase) inspected by the heath department to operate a food truck or food trailer, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to elevate your food business!

🚨 Attention, Rolling Coop Food Truck Fans! 🚨

Unfortunately, our wheels are temporarily at a standstill. As many of you know, The Chicken Lady's Coop closed it's doors due to the end of our lease, coinciding with the construction of our new location. This unexpected twist means we currently don't have a home base from which our beloved truck can operate.

According to the guidelines set by the city and Muscogee County, we're unable to run the truck without a designated home base. We're navigating these changes as quickly as possible and making decisions that will pave the way for our future.

While we're sad to miss this food truck season, we're focused on the construction of our new Coop, ensuring a stable nest for our truck to operate from in the future.

We'll miss serving you all during this pause but promise to keep you updated every step of the way. Your support means everything to us, and we can't wait to roll back into action, better than ever!

We've hired one new cook, being trained by The Chicken Lady herself this time! We need one more cook( boh), and someone for the foodtruck and we should be back fully staffed....pay ranges from $12.50- $16.00 an hour depending on your experience plus all tips....email Jordan Frost [email protected] for foodtruck must have pretty clean driving record, multitasking, ability to cook on the grill and fryers, drivers license and pleasant personality ....random drug testing and background checks will be required.

Join Kia Autosport of Columbus on November 20th 5PM - 8PM EST for the 4th Annual Night of Lights. This year's theme is The Nutcracker!

There will be special guests like Miss Georgia, Carver Marching Band, and The Salvation Army of Columbus, Georgia!

Our food truck vendors this year include: The Emeralds Touch BBQ, Tuesdays Street Tacos & Burritos, The Rolling Coop! Sweet treats for this event will be by The Icey Girl & Co. and Sweet tees. We will also have bounce houses by Bounce House King, DaddyBob Express, ballet dancer's, and plenty more!

Santa, will be on site with friends. Don’t miss the perfect free event to get the entire family in the Holiday Spirit.
