Don’t buy fast food, processed faux Mexican carry out for your party. Get Mike to make you his fresh made meats, salsas and toppings for a better buffet for your buck.
This particular buffet included chicken, ground beef, fajita vegetables, cilantro lime rice, refried and black beans, fresh tomato salsa, fresh corn salsa, queso blanco, nacho cheddar, shredded Mexican cheese, crunchy taco shells, soft street taco shells, nachos, Doritos, fresh veggies, sour cream, sauces, and more.
He makes a delicious corn casserole, can do pork, Spanish rice, steak, fresh guacamole….
If you crave it, he can make it. Fresh. Local. Delicious.

Not only do we create world class food, we create world class events! If you don’t have the time, vision, or equipment, place your event into our capable hands. If we can’t do it, we have business partners that work with us to make it happen.
This was a grad party where the request was flowers, pink, and navy blue. We turned this former Bingo Hall into a beautiful wonderland. Guests dined on a full Mexican Buffet, steak dinner kabobs, pasta, Mike’s famous meatballs, and our outrageous dessert buffet.
In other events we have created a Big Top Circus, complete with carnival food; a Winter Wonderland; A Night on Broadway; and so many more.

We are so pleased to help the COPA Seniors raise money for their showcase in NYC. Of course our customers always get their leftovers, but sometimes leftovers are not wanted. Mike will donate leftovers to Homeless Shelters, Police, Fire, or shut ins. The last time we were in Pittsburgh, we bagged up the leftovers and gave it to homeless folks on the street. If you have a group or organization that could make use of leftovers, message us. We cook fresh, but don’t believe in wasting food, so we are always happy to find someone to take it.

2024 was the year of the charcuterie board. 2025 is all about Kabobs! Your choice $2.50 per piece (minimum order of 25). The fruit kabobs are loaded with fresh seasonal fruit, and our famous dip colored to your specifications. The steak kabobs are like a steak dinner, with tender cuts of steak, potatoes, mushrooms, and topped with our special sauce. The chicken and shrimp kabobs are loaded with the appropriate vegetables and topped with our homemade sauce. Who doesn’t love an antipasto kabobs? It’s antipasto salad, but on a handy stick!
As is our claim to fame, everything is fresh, locally sourced, homemade and outstandingly delicious!
We can also do kickin’ charcuterie boards, cups, and full tables. Grad parties, weddings, showers, corporate picnics are all being booked NOW! Don’t settle for average, when you can have SPECTACULAR!
