Starting Tuesday evening 12/2 we will have our food truck set up from 5 pm - 9 pm everynight for the Christmas Festivities at the city park. Menu is still in the works but here is a few items we will offer nightly - hand battered chicken strips, fried catfish, philly cheese steak on bun, nachos or fries, pulled pork on bun, nachos or fries, burgers, foot long corn dog and chili cheese nachos or fries.

We will be set up at the Expo center for the event Waldo's Outdoor Show on Friday from 11-9 and Saturday 9 am-9 pm selling fish and chicken strip baskets, redneck nachos, chicken and steak quesadilla's, sausage dogs, hamburgers and pulled pick sandwiches. Lots of vendors will be there, so come on out and have lunch or supper while you walk around seeing what all the vendors have to offer.

We're taking orders for Christmas. We can cater Christmas Parties and family gatherings. We will be smoking whole ribeyes, beef tenderloins, briskets, ribs, pork butt and whole chicken's upon request at market price. If you'd like to place a special order please get your orders in ASAP due to supply shortages. We will also be doing smoked or fried turkey's and smoked ham's.
