Not too many venues are more iconic in Saint Louis than Grant's Farm! Add that factor to our talented Bride Emily's fantastic design ideas and stunning photography and you have literal Perfection!!! ❤️

We loved having the opportunity to design a floral install to exaggerate the overwhelming natural beauty of this amazing venue!

The pleasure was all ours both for our beautiful sweet talented Bride and also for the historical venue that is Grant's Farm!

Grant's Farm, a 280-acre St. Louis historical site and animal park, was once the home of Ulysses S. Grant in the 1850s, where he built his cabin, "Hardscrabble". Purchased by the Busch family in 1903, the land was developed into a public attraction in 1954, featuring the famous Budweiser Clydesdales, local wildlife, and preserved historic structures.

Anemones are strikingly beautiful flowers commonly called "windflowers" and grow natively in places ranging from North America to across Europe and Japan. They’re called windflowers because they sway and blow in the wind - opening up the flower for a beautiful display.

Anemones derive their name from the Greek word meaning “windflower” and have significance culturally in Greek mythos - according to the story, anemones first bloomed when Aphrodite shed tears over the death of her forbidden lover. Additional common Greek meanings include the flowers as symbols of spring and as a way to honor the passing of loved ones.

Anemones are a popular choice of wedding flower due to their beauty and their meaning. White anemones, when displayed at a wedding, are symbols of a wish for a peaceful, loving, and protected marriage.

This Bride loved anemones and we were so excited to be able to design with them from tabletop to bouquets and everything in between ❤️
