Our incredible Venue Event Manager! Belle brings unmatched organization, a sharp eye for detail, and a work ethic that inspires everyone around her. With her calm yet confident presence, she keeps events running smoothly while making clients feel cared for every step of the way!

Her talents don’t stop there, she’s exceptionally handy and has a knack for home renovation projects. When she’s not managing weddings, she’s busy loving on Adam & Laura’s adorable kiddos! If you’re lucky enough to have Belle managing your day - you’re in the best hands!

Did you know we have a secret side? Tucked away with dark, moody vibes and cozy lounge seating, is our speakeasy inspired venue.

Perfect for cocktail hours, private parties and everything in between! Included with our Bourbon Ballroom room rental for your cocktail hour (holds up to 200 cocktail-style) or available on it is own for intimate gatherings like birthday celebrations, graduations or corporate happy hours! This space can accommodate up to 90 guests for a seated-style event.

We’re thrilled to introduce Candace, our talented Venue Sales & Events Director, who brings nearly 7 years of experience in the wedding and events industry! With a strong background in wedding venue operations and catering, Candace has a true passion for bringing people’s visions to life. She loves working closely with clients to ensure that every detail is carefully planned and executed, watching all the hard work and preparation come to life on the big day!

Outside of work, Candace enjoys spending time with her family and friends! When she’s not busy organizing events, you can find her curled up with a good book and her 90-pound goldendoodle, Oscar. Candace and her fiancé, Andy, will also be getting married at our Bourbon Ballroom this spring! 💖

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at Poettker Construction for all their hard work on our new distillery expansion and wedding venue! From day one, they have gone above and beyond to bring our vision to life with dedication, expertise, and exceptional attention to detail!

I also owe a special thank you to Peter (Senior Project Manager), Phillip (Superintendent), and Johnny (Project Engineer), for helping us navigate through all the day-to-day ensuring this space will be perfect! We appreciate you so much!
