Hello, I have missed all of my families that used to come to the center. I miss the giggles, the hugs, the love. I miss hosting Birthday parties and special events like our Easter parties, Halloween parades and Christmas with Santa. This year’s events have really caused me to look back with gratitude and gratefulness. So many small businesses like mine have been forced to close under the stress of the pandemic and I pray for their recovery. I pray for all of my families that you are healthy both mentally and physically and that you have had a chance to slow down and reconnect with one another.
I have been working as a Elementary School Teacher for two years now on the kindergarten and First Grade levels which has been both gratifying and extremely challenging during these times.
In planning for the summer, I am going to host Swell Scholars and Spanish Swell Scholars online. The Swell Scholars would be age appropriate learning sessions, preparing groups of students ages 3-7 for the upcoming school year.
