She has worked in the public sector for over 43 years and have been planning and coordinating weddings for over 25 years and have gained valuable event planning skills. After much training Shirley decided to merge her event planning skills with her wedding vendor knowledge to create Divine and Creative Occasions Bridal Boutique a Full Service Bridal Boutique. She is certified as a Professional Bridal Consultant through Penn Foster Bridal Consultants. Our Goal: To be there for you during your planning and wedding day without hi jacking your plans. We simply enhance them and make sure they are realistic without changing the integrity of your design.
