The Impactful Government: Strategic Planning to Mission-Aligned Results

The foundation of effective governance requires public administrators who are able to translate the priorities of elected officials into a strategic plan and execute it, while ensuring mission alignment. In this session, an esteemed panel of leaders will articulate how they execute a strategic plan and apply performance management software and dashboards to evaluate the impacts of programs and services on citizens.

Attendees will gain actionable insights into:

- Formulating and communicating strategic goals that align with the organization's mission and address community needs.
