🎉For those of you who have been asking about birthday parties being incorporated into our tours again, here you go!! You can find more information below about birthday parties at FairyTails! Feel free to PM us or text us with any questions!

🎂Birthday Parties at Fairytails🎂

Because space is limited in the Critter Cabin, we make a maximum of 50 tickets available for purchase per hour during open zoo tour hours. Simply purchase the necessary tickets to accommodate the amount of people in your party. There is a $50 table reservation fee for 2 hours in the Encounter building which includes the bounce house and reserved tables for your party group. Regular zoo guests will be present in the Encounter Building during zoo tour days.
(The Encounter Building is not available exclusively for private parties during zoo tour days.) Every person attending the party must purchase a regular zoo tour ticket. If your guests exceed 50 people you may purchase tickets across into the next hour.

- All Party tickets should be Purchased as soon as possible as we are limited to only 50 visitor tickets per hour.
- Keep decorations simple and easy to set up for on tables only. (Balloons are not allowed because they present a choking hazard for animals. Confetti or silly string are also prohibited.)
- We will provide the necessary amount of chairs and tables needed to accommodate your party group. Round tables accommodate 8 guests, rectangle tables accommodate 6 guests.
- Cake and food and drinks are of course allowed. We have a refrigerator available.
- You may arrange ahead of time to drive to the Encounter building to load in prior to your party hour start time. Text Erica 931-334-7592 at least 24 hours prior to make these arrangements.
- All parties will begin their zoo tour at the Critter Cabin and ease their way to their party in the Encounter Building.
- Depending on the size of your party group you may need to separate into smaller groups to experience the Critter Cabin because space is limited.
- During the warmer months The Deck on the Encounter Building is available for parties. The Deck may be reserved for $75 for 2 hours.
- We cannot hold or reserve tickets. When tickets are sold out we cannot add any additional tickets. Your party guests must purchase zoo tour tickets. Party guests will receive a hand stamp. We do not allow “Party Only” guests.
- Zoo Tour Tickets are for 2 hours which is also the maximum duration of your party. Your table reservation begins at your tour time and ends 2 hours after. A typical party will tour the Critter Cabin and Outside Farm area within the first hour and spend the second hour celebrating and experiencing the Encounter Building.
- Birthday Party Tickets are available on Saturdays for 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm time slots only.
- Please let us know ahead of time if you have guests who require special accommodations.
