At one wedding, the bar was about forty minutes from running dry. Not enough ice, mixers running low.
The couple never knew. The guests never knew. The bartenders never stopped pouring. By the time it could have been a problem, it was already handled.
This is the part of the work nobody photographs. It does not show up in the timeline or gallery. It is the quiet math running underneath a celebration, the thing being caught before anyone in the room has to feel it.
This is what full service actually means. Not a planner standing beside you. A planner standing between you and everything you should never have to think about on the day you should simply be present for.
You enjoy the night. The rest is mine to carry.
