The Catonsville Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that the Annual Catonsville Arts & Crafts Festival will return on Sept. 10, 2023, with a rain date the following Sunday, September 17, 2023 The Festival will be held at the CAA Park, 202 Ingleside Avenue from 10 am to 4 pm.
