One of our favorite events each year to attend is the Grand Tasting of the Week. We love hearing how far and wide we’ve gone with this business of ours, getting feedback about what we do, see people enjoy our tastes and meet new people! It’s always great to see familiar faces in the food industry and to enjoy some of the best that the Midlands have to offer. What a great event !

We had a great time this week with and and the Knead to Know event! The sold out crowd learned the art of bread making then applied that to making their own pizzas. We provided a grazing table with a new item - butter boards! We did a pomegranate, orange zest, pistachio with honey and a roasted garlic, herb, red pepper flakes with lemon zest. Which sounds better to you?
