Hi everyone! Calhoun Events Co. is looking to add a few dependable people to our wedding day setup and breakdown team.

Responsibilities include:
• Setting up tables and chairs
• Placing linens, candles, and décor
• Assisting with event clean-up and end-of-night breakdown

This is a paid, as-needed position (typically one setup shift and one breakdown shift, totaling about 5-6 hours, sometimes more). We welcome adults, college students, and teens 16+ as long as they have reliable transportation.

Most of our events take place in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas, with occasional weddings across other cities in South Carolina.

Two amazing people I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing just a snapshot of your love and I’m in awe!!! Months of planning, calls, meetings, laughs all combined to bring forth such a beautiful day! (Like literally! The weather was PERFECT, amazing guests and everything was smooth sailing!!!)
