✨ Team Spotlight: Vance Collier, Operations Manager

A Saint George, South Carolina native and University of South Carolina Hospitality Management graduate, Vance has been part of the Southern Way team since 2018. His passion for the Gamecocks and fast-paced events makes him a perfect fit for our Athletics Division, where he helps bring everything from premium suite experiences to large-scale game days to life.

Vance loves the hands-on nature of his role, making sure every event is set up to match each client's vision. Above all, he credits the people at Southern Way for making every event memorable and for teaching him that great hospitality starts with hard work.

When he's away from work, you'll find Vance hunting, fishing, golfing, cheering on the Gamecocks, or catching up on a well-earned nap.

September’s menu highlight is bringing a little unexpected to the table. 🍉🌮

Our Watermelon Taco pairs soy-compressed watermelon with bright lime and yuzu, creamy avocado mousse, and a little sesame crunch, all tucked into a mini taco shell. A tiny taco with a lot going on.

✨ Team Spotlight: Allison Crolley, Director of Hospitality, USC Athletics

Originally from Lancaster, South Carolina, Allison has called Columbia home for more than a decade. A University of South Carolina graduate, she joined Southern Way in 2021 and now leads hospitality for USC Athletics.

Allison loves creating meaningful experiences for fellow Gamecocks and helping bring each event to life from the first conversation to the final detail. She takes pride in being part of a team that values exceptional service and making every event one to remember.

Outside of the details and planning, Allison's favorite part of the job is knowing she's still able to give back to the university that gave so much to her.
