Some weeks I’m cruising along and everything is easy and other weeks I can’t even get on the bike 😂 this week has been the latter.

If you haven’t already heard about the current flower shortage, go to my story for information directly from one of my wholesalers. If you are having a wedding, here are some things you can do to make sure you get wedding flowers you love.

-Book your florist ASAP.
-Be open to a color palette and not necessarily certain types of flowers.
-Make sure to book a florist whose style you LOVE. We may not be able to guarantee a certain variety of flower, but if you like a florist’s style, you should like what they make no matter what flowers come in.
-Be kind, understanding and supportive of your florist and florist friends. I want nothing more than to produce the wedding flowers of your dreams and with a little bit of creative freedom I still can!

Cheers to the first day of Fall 🍂 The weather gets cooler and the floral color palettes get a little darker and moodier. So much to love!

Fall is definitely my favorite season. From the cool weather, college football (Go Tigers!) and changing leaves, I wish it lasted longer.

When I see engagement or wedding photos where I can feel the love and excitement, it puts a HUGE smile on my face.

She’s not a regular bride. She’s a cool bride!

I love getting pictures like the second one from my brides after the wedding. That is how I know they had a great time!! Laurel had me make this beautiful flower crown that she rocked all night long when they went out with friends after the wedding.

Cheers to the start of a new week and boy is it going to be a busy one for me!

I still have 4 spots left in my flower arranging class on Thursday (8/26) at 6:15 pm at Farmhouse 221. DM me to reserve your space or for more information!

I will be at Blush Boutique & Home Saturday (8/28) with a flower bar from 10 am - 1 pm. Make plans to come see me to get a beautiful bouquet!

Sunday (8/29) I’ll be at the Lake Murray Bridal Show from 1 pm - 5 pm. If you will be there, make sure to stop by my booth to say hi!
