You’re in a relationship with your community. And like any relationship, if you want it to be healthy, it takes effort.

That effort doesn’t just fall on city staff or elected officials. It takes everyone. Residents, business owners, leaders, each one has a role to play.

A strong community relationship requires, clear communication, honest feedback, commitment from both sides, and regular effort to make things better

If one side does all the work while the other checks out, resentment builds. If both sides stop trying, the whole thing falls apart.

The good news? When both the public and the local government show up, when they really invest in the relationship, amazing things can happen.

So here’s the real question, are you showing up for your community?
And is your community showing up for you?

Authentic and amazing.. it’s everything we needed.
Stop in and see the sister storefront to Casa Balbina, Mi Dulce.
It’s fun, friendly and still growing. You won’t be disappointed with this experience.
