Putting the phones down to pick some trash up! 🌍🧹
To celebrate Earth Day, COSMO is partnering with for a community cleanup at Red Rock Canyon Open Space! We love our local trails and outdoor spaces, so let’s get together and show them some respect.
When: Saturday, April 25th | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Sand Creek Trail
Bring: Work gloves, water, and sun protection. Trash bags provided!
This is a great way to meet new people and give back to the city we call home. 🏔️
How to join:

BIG NEWS: COSMO Announces New Leadership 🐾📈
After a rigorous search (and several rounds of “who’s a good boy?”), we are thrilled to announce that Benny has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of COSMO Events.

While the former management had a “human-centric” vision, CEO Benny is moving us toward a more sustainable, “tennis-ball-centric” economy. His first 100 days in office will focus on three key pillars:
1. Mandatory Nap Hours: All board game nights will now include a 15-minute collective floor-nap.
2. The Adventures: All hiking trails must now be evaluated based on squirrel density and ear-wind-resistance.
3. Budget Reallocation: 90% of LLC funds have been moved from “Marketing” to “Premium Peanut Butter.”
“I’m ready to lead this pack into a new era of wagging,” Benny said via a series of enthusiastic barks.

COSMO competed in this year’s coffin races this past weekend! Team Frozonopoly had so much fun traveling to Estes Park, dancing with strangers at the ball, running our homemade monopoly themed casket through an obstacle course, and jumping in the polar plunge. A weekend to remember!

We’re meeting up with UCCS’s Indian Student Alliance and joining in on their Bollywood Listening Party! 🇮🇳 🎵
Meet us at MOSAIC at the University Center at 7:30 PM on Friday for some food, music, and crafts!

This is the perfect chance to unwind with friends, meet new people, and express your creativity through fun craft activities. No experience needed, just bring your energy and love for music!

The Indian Student Alliance is a student club that aims to promote cultural learning about India among the students at UCCS. They host several cultural events on campus and in our community, including but not limited to: Holi (festival of colors), Diwali (festival of lights) and Navratri (autumnal celebration).

Saturday at Ice Castles. The kind of afternoon that reminds you why you moved to Colorado in the first place.

This Saturday we’re doing the Haute Chocolate Hop. 13 downtown spots, all serving chocolate treats. 2-5pm, meet as a group, walk together.
