🍂 A little cozy, a little quirky, and a whole lot of beautiful 🏡

Closing gifts don’t have to feel like closing gifts. We love creating baskets that feel like they were chosen specifically for the people receiving them — something they’ll actually use, enjoy, and remember.

For this one, we mixed all the ingredients for a cozy night at home: a ridiculously soft fall throw, an exciting charcuterie board book for ideas, locally made Parmesan garlic popcorn, a Caramel Espresso & Cream candle, kitchen goodies, and the cutest little cat planter topped with a live orchid. 🐈‍⬛🌿

Sometimes celebrating a new home looks like a perfect excuse to stay in for the night. 🤎

reached out to The Local Favor to create a collection of Relax + Renew baskets as a special thank-you for some of their top Realtor clients — something thoughtful that encouraged them to slow down, savor the moment, and feel genuinely appreciated.

There is something incredibly thoughtful about making out-of-town guests feel welcomed before they even unpack their bags.

For this family, we created two custom welcome baskets—one filled with adventure-ready goodies for the kids and another with Colorado-inspired treats for Mom and Dad.

From reusable water bottles to help little explorers stay hydrated in our high altitude, to nourishing lotion and lip balm for our famously dry climate, every detail was chosen with their comfort in mind. We also included local favorites like Colorado w**e, handcrafted chocolates, gourmet popcorn, Cherry Blossom Lemonade, locally roasted coffee, and a few keepsakes to remember their time here even after they head home.

Whether your guests are visiting for a weekend, a wedding, a family reunion, or simply to experience Colorado for the first time, a personalized welcome basket is a meaningful way to say:
