Some baskets come together in an afternoon… and some wait patiently. 🤍

I found this “home” pillow five months ago and knew it was meant to be the centerpiece of something special. It sat on my shelf until the perfect story came along—a family selling their home in Colorado and beginning a new chapter in Wyoming.

Piece by piece, the right additions found their way into the basket, creating a gift that celebrates the memories made, the new adventures ahead, and the meaning of home wherever life takes you. 🏡

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do—finding beautiful pieces and waiting for the moment they find the people they were meant for.

A little pit stop in Waco, TX on the way home from Galveston… but really, a full-circle moment 🗺️

Walking through the Magnolia Market at the Silos reminded me why I started The Local Favor in the first place. The heart behind building something meaningful in your own community, creating beauty in the everyday, and keeping family at the center of it all.

I’ve always admired Chip & Joanna Gaines — her timeless design, his humor, and the way they’ve built something so intentional right in their hometown.
