Earlier this month, the Rocky Mountain Cyberspace Symposium returned for its 23rd year at The Broadmoor—bringing together leaders, innovators, and practitioners committed to strengthening our nation’s cyber future.

Despite the uncertainty created by a federal government shutdown just days before the symposium, the team delivered an exceptional event—proof of what’s possible when mission, leadership, and collaboration come first.

Proceeds from the symposium support STEM education initiatives across Colorado, Wyoming & New Mexico helping prepare the next generation for careers in technology, cybersecurity and innovation.

I am honored that this marked my 12th year managing logistics through JRoush Events for this remarkable volunteer organization, and proud to partner with the dedicated leadership of AFCEA Rocky Mountain Chapter. Their long-standing commitment to education and service continues to make an impact far beyond the conference.

Grateful to play a role in something that truly matters.

On November 4th & 5th, I had the privilege of supporting the Truesport Talks: Mental Wellness and Healthy Sports Systems Conference — a gathering focused on prioritizing athlete mental health and empowering the entire “village” surrounding student-athletes. Together, they explored opportunities for meaningful change and a healthier, more balanced sports culture.

This marks my 5th year partnering with this inspiring team, and every time I walk away feeling hopeful. The work they’re doing is critical and impactful — truly moving the needle, bit by bit. 🏅💛

Blessed to play a small part in something so big. 🙏.

Last weekend, I had the honor of managing the logistics for the 25th Anniversary Celebration Brunch for Parents Challenge — a non-profit right here in Colorado Springs that I hadn’t known about before this event. But wow, what an incredible organization.

Over the past 25 years, they’ve empowered more than 4,000 low-income students by equipping parents with the tools, training, and resources to choose the education that’s best for their children. Their mission and the passion behind it are truly inspiring.

It was such a joy to work with Executive Director Deborah Hendrix, her daughter Catherine, and to learn more about the vision of founders Joyce and Steven Schuck. Their dedication to disrupting the cycle of educational inequity shines through in every detail.

Honored to be part of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum’s Festival Weekend celebrating their 5th Anniversary and the achievements of America’s greatest athletes through free public celebrations across Colorado Springs.

The weekend started with a fundraising event, Legends & Luminaires, at the Meanwhile Block with Hall of Fame Olympians and Paralympians lighting up the room! (Rowdy Gaines, Misty May Treanor, Jenny Thompson, Teresa Edwards, Michelle Akers, Peggy Flemming, Bonnie Blair, Bob Beamon and more!) Friday night was a special event at the museum to reveal the new exhibit: Beyond the Podium highlighting Hall of Famers.

It was extra special to reconnect with friends and colleagues from my years at the USOC—this movement will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you to the Museum for including JRoush Events in such a meaningful weekend! 🇺🇸✨

As part of the US Olympic & Paralympic Museum Festival, we’re thrilled to present Greatness Gives Back: a full slate of free and low-cost community clinics and conversations led by some of the most iconic names in Olympic and Paralympic history.

Just wrapped an incredible night at the Edison Ballroom in NYC with the U.S. Fencing Foundation! ✨ It was my first time working with this inspiring organization, and it was truly a privilege to help bring their vision to life—raising both funds and awareness to support the athletes, programs, and future of fencing in the U.S. 💫 A celebration of passion, purpose, and community. Grateful for the opportunity, and excited to share this little video recap of a night to remember! ⚔️

JRoush Events closed out the year with its fourth annual TrueSport Talks Conference: Mental Wellness and Healthy Sport Families at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum. Such an important topic that U.S. Anti-Doping Agency /TrueSport continues to explore & develop mental wellness best practices to better support the development of athletes. It's a privilege to work on this event!

I am very fortunate with the other great clients I had the opportunity to work with this year AFCEA Rocky Mountain Chapter - Colorado Springs , Goodwill of Colorado and a project with On Location that took me to the Paris Olympics for three weeks! Definitely another rewarding year for JRoush Events! Be Diferent. Be Brilliant.

The third annual Goodwill of Colorado golf tournament in Denver at the very beautiful & scenic golf course at The Club at Ravenna! It is a privilege to work with this incredible organization that transforms so many lives here in Colorado. Many know of Goodwill by its stores and donating items so here is just one small fact...last year Goodwill received, recycled or repurposed more than 248 million pounds of donated items. That's the equivalent of more than 230,000 golf carts!!! Their impact is tremendous. This event and many others help raise funds to support their mission.
