We at Olson and Son Entertainment take our part in your event very seriously. Unlike many other DJ services, we cater to each client and make each event unique and personalized. You wont find any generic playlists here. We take the time to meet with each client, discuss the music you and your guests want to hear and make the songs fit your event. We can suggest crowd favorites and guide you throug
h the music choices, but we really want you to be in control. In most cases we can even make additions or changes at a moments notice. All music is digitally obtained from licensed DJ/Music sources and legal for public performance. Olson & Son Entertainment pride ourselves on being a value option for our clients. We all know event costs can add up quickly and we want to be part of happy memory's instead of being a fiscal burden. While our rates are budget friendly, our service is top level. Our rates are as follows -
---Booking fee which includes date reservation, consultation/planning time before event, and setup and tear down time. Booking fee will be based on overall cost of event based on hourly rate.
---Hourly charge of 100$ during event which includes all equipment needed for normal events. No extra charges for lights or microphones (can you believe some charge for such things).
---Special requests for items outside of normal scope or events needing equipment beyond our inventory will be negotiated at time of booking. If funds are an issue feel free to contact us anyway. We have all been in tough places and we will work with you to make it happen. We are open to trade/barter for our services. We really do this because we love doing it, not to get rich. We will only book 1 event per day so your event get our full attention. We are owner operated and will never send out untrained people to staff your event. We are open to last minute venue changes and will keep your event going no matter what it takes. We use brand new, state of the art DJ equipment and have backups ready in the unlikely case of failure so your event will go on without a hitch. We bring everything needed and you will never see bright orange extension cords (or other bright colors for that matter) distracting from your event. If its needed and we don't have it, we will get it.
