With your guest count and menu set, it’s time to confirm your bar details. Decide on beer, wine, and liquor selections, signature cocktails, specialty glassware, and any non-alcoholic options for guests who prefer them.

Remember that Colorado's elevation can play a major role in your bar & guest experience. Plan accordingly with lots of water, bring some electrolytes and warn you guests!

A grand exit is the couple’s official send-off at the end of the reception, where guests line up to cheer them on as they make their dramatic departure. It often includes fun elements like sparklers, bubbles, flower petals, glow sticks, or confetti—creating an unforgettable photo moment.

Grand exits are designed to be celebratory, high-energy, and visually stunning. Many couples coordinate music, lighting, and timing with their photographer to capture the perfect final shot of the night.

✨ It’s the exclamation point at the end of your wedding day. I tell all of my couples that I love planning an exit plan, grand or not, to ensure they leave their wedding on a high note!

Once your guest counts are nearly confirmed, it’s time to lock in your wedding menu. Work with your caterer to finalize entrée selections, dietary accommodations, and any late-night bites.

I always tell couples to prioritize their palate since this is their day! Many couples also consider providing a balance of options — variety in proteins, one vegetarian/vegan option, and thoughtful allergy-friendly choices ensure every guest feels included. Your caterer will be able to guide you to a great meal that feels right!

Your planner or coordinator will ensure vendors know exactly when the ceremony ends, when breakdown begins, and when the reception space must be ready for guest re-entry.
