This is not a sit-down dinner, but an opportunity to stroll from booth to booth and enjoy 8-10 bites of seasonal cuisine expertly paired with specialty wines. The event will be hosted in our Sweetwater Chapel with additional seating available on the veranda.
🍽️Food menu consists of:
• Devil’s on Horseback - bacon wrapped goat cheese stuffed dates with sweet & spicy sauce
• Crispy Sweet Pea Pesto and Scallop Raviolo - sea scallop, sweet pea pesto, & ricotta filling and then fried for a crispy finish
• Ahi Tuna Sushi Pizza - Crispy sushi rice patty, ahi, avocado, nori, scallion, spicy mayo, sweet soy sauce, and sesame seeds
• Shrimp & Grits - Crispy white cheddar grits, blackened shrimp, and remoulade
• Chimi Steak Deviled Eggs - deviled eggs topped with charred skirt steak and drizzled with chimichurri
• Gazpacho Shooter - heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, Marcona almonds, and basil
• Panfried Monte Cristo - hickory smoked turkey, sourdough, savory egg batter, gruyere cheese, and Fresno raspberry jam
• Cherry Caprese Salad - Colorado cherries, toasted pecans, basil, mint, ciliegine mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic
• Biscoff Mini Shooter - cheesecake mousse, biscoff cookie crumbles, topped with a mini biscoff cookie
• Smores - vanilla tartlet with chocolate mousse and toasted marshmallow on top
