Today was a big day!!!

I smoked my best brisket to date…I apologize for the lack of trendy pictures 😂

For four years, I have tried to perfect briskets and chase the standard of and today I believe I achieved that goal!!

One of my all time favorites!!

Eggs over easy, feta cheese, peperoncini olive oil, chopped smoked brisket 😍

There’s usually a few “undesirable” pieces that come off a brisket, after slicing, but nothing goes to waste!

What are we naming this breakfast?? 🧐

Pulled pork for sale!! 🐖

I will be trying out a new smoker the weekend of May 6th & 7th and needed some test subjects(Pork Shoulder and possibly Beef Brisket).

All meat would be sold by the pound. If you’d like to pre-order, let me know! If there is any interest in Brisket, I will throw some of those bad boys down as well 👊

I’ve spent almost 4 years trying to perfect the art of smoking Beef Brisket and although it ain’t perfect, we are getting dang close! I love the process of turning a tough and unsavory hunk of beef into one of the best tasting cuts around!
