🧘‍♀️ Meet the amazing Hannah G | RYT-500

Hannah’s teaching philosophy centers around the belief that yoga is about connection, community, and creating space for healing. A forever student of the people she meets, the places she goes, and the experiences life brings, Hannah believes yoga offers a path to connect the “me” with the “us” with the whole.

With extensive experience teaching throughout local studios and community organizations, Hannah guides a variety of practices including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Her classes are rooted in warmth, security, and openness, creating a welcoming environment where practitioners of all backgrounds and experience levels can simply arrive as they are.

For Hannah, yoga has always been about more than movement. It is an opportunity to slow down, listen, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of practicing together.

✨ Expect a thoughtful, grounding practice filled with warmth, connection, and plenty of space to simply be.
