We will be hosting a FREE collective community rest event on both Thursday and Friday from 3p-7p each day. We invite you to join us on either or both days at The Vault at Pickwick where we have curated an environment conducive to quiet reflection, meditation, and rest. Drop in for 30 minutes or for the full 4 hours--whatever works for your schedule.

Bring a blanket, towel, or yoga mat to support a comfortable experience. We will have some mats and pillows available for use. This is a free event and space is limited. Register on our website to reserve a spot. Contact us if you have questions or need additional information.

We look forward to sharing this opportunity to engage in self-care collectively.
