Day of Wedding Coordinator Responsibilities
Meet a maximum of 3 times up to the wedding
Develop a timeline for the wedding
Communicate with wedding party about the rehearsal schedule and day of wedding schedule
Communicate with officiant about the rehearsal schedule and day of wedding schedule
Communicate with musicians about rehearsal schedule and day of wedding schedule
Run the wedding rehearsal
Communicate with venue about all requirements for the big day
Day of the wedding
Coordinate all vendors upon arrival at venue
Set up, decorate
Follow time line
Manage any issues that may arise during the day of the wedding
