One of the things we're most excited about this year is making it easier than ever to stop by and support the farm. You can now pay with a credit card simply by scanning the QR code posted at the stand—quick, easy, and self-serve.

This week we've added several handmade wooden items, including birdhouses, squirrel feeders, trivets, and more. What makes them special? The wood came from trees right here on our farm and was crafted into something useful and unique instead of going to waste.

🚨IMPORTANT DISCOVERY AT STICKLEY FAMILY FARMS 🚨

While ordering supplies for our upcoming Farm Open House, we accidentally stumbled across something we were absolutely not expecting...

BIGFOOT'S TOE.

That's right.
Not a footprint. Not a blurry photograph. Not grainy security camera footage.

An actual, honest-to-goodness, genuine, authentic, 100% totally-not-made-up Bigfoot Toe™.

Now we're left with several important questions:
1️⃣ Would anyone actually want to own Bigfoot's toe?

2️⃣ What is the current market value of a Sasquatch digit?

3️⃣ If Bigfoot is missing a toe, is he hopping around the woods somewhere near Colon looking for it?
And most importantly...

4️⃣ Should we raffle this rare cryptozoological artifact during our Farm Open House on June 20th from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with proceeds benefiting the local fireworks fund?

We're just thinking out loud here.

Please weigh in below:
👍 = Raffle the toe
❤️ = Keep it in the Stickley Family Farms Museum of Questionable Discoveries
😂 = Bigfoot is currently calling his attorney
👣 = "I know what you've got there and it's worth at least $50,000."

Let's hear your expert opinions.

Coming to Colon for the Fourth of July celebration?

Make a weekend out of it and stay overnight at Stickley Family Farms.

Colon does the Fourth of July in a big way, with fireworks on July 3, a huge parade on July 4, free downtown concerts, food trucks, craft vendors, and that classic small-town holiday feeling.

And right here at the farm, we have a few simple overnight stay options, including a rustic tent site, a romantic wooded campsite with power and lights, and an RV spot with electric and water.

Spend the day enjoying the celebration downtown, then come back to the farm, sit by the fire, and settle in for the night.

We’re not a big commercial campground. We’re a small family farm with a few unique camping spots, a little country charm, and room to make the weekend feel like a real getaway.

If you’re coming to Colon for the Fourth, book a farm stay and make it a full holiday weekend. Drop us a line and we'll show you how to book your site.

We can only promise there’s a moderate chance you wake up next to a UFO. 👽🛸

This was the actual view outside one of our campers this weekend at Stickley Family Farms near Colon, Michigan.

Campfires. Stars. Questionable extraterrestrial activity.
Honestly… pretty solid weekend.”

🌽🥚 We’re getting close…
The new Stickley Family Farms self-serve Egg & Produce Stand is finally starting to come together here in Colon, Michigan!

What started as a beat-up old 1950s truck bed trailer has slowly turned into one of our favorite projects we’ve ever built at the farm. It’s rustic. It’s handmade. It’s definitely not perfect… and honestly, that’s exactly why we love it.

Starting soon, this stand will feature: 🥚 Fresh eggs from our flock 🌽 Seasonal produce 🌻 Flowers & farm goods 🪵 Handmade wooden items crafted right here on the farm from trees we’ve cut and milled ourselves using our on-site sawmill 🐦 Bird feeders, rustic décor, trivets, and more...

We’re also setting it up for self-service card payments so people can stop by conveniently throughout the week.

This is just the beginning. Over time we want this little stand to become one more fun and unique thing people remember about visiting Stickley Family Farms.
So now we want YOUR input:
👇 What would YOU like to see us sell here?
Fresh baked goods? Local honey? Pumpkins in the fall? Fresh sweet corn? Rustic handmade gifts? Farmhouse décor?
