Sure this is a simplified version and everything isn’t exactly done in steps . Most things happening simultaneously but in case you want to create an event , this is a good start. Knowing a ton of great artists helps too.

Some acceptance emails are ending up in spam. Please check. Cutting off applications Wednesday though it’s very possible we fill up before then. I understand some folks are growing impatient but please know I am prioritizing finishing up and moving onto other aspects of the event. EVERYONE will be notified of acceptance or denial.

Accepted about 20 more vendors today! Check your email! If you have great art and haven’t heard back it’s likely your products are similar to other artist’s work. You still may make it in but while we are going through the selection process, we are leaving the application process open to ensure variety & create the best event we can. Thank you everyone for your patience!
