Carter-Que-Ing is competing in our first 2018 BBQ competition at the Papa Joe's Banjo-B-Que on May 25-26th in Evans, GA. This is one of our FAVORITE BBQ Competitions with some of the biggest BBQ Teams in the country competing there (& we won GC in 2016) but we have barely competed in 2 years so this will be a fun & interesting comp! Lol!
We are looking forward to seeing our BBQ family & friends and finally getting the chance to throw down some BBQ! QUE ON!! Scott Carter

Carter-Que-Ing will be doing a 'Fill the Smoker' event for Christmas. We will be taking orders up until December 20th and will have the meat ready for pick up on December 23rd. We are taking orders for Smoked Hams ($45.00), Smoked Whole Butts ($30.00- whole or pulled) & Smoked Whole Slabs of Ribs ($25.00). We will be taking orders until our smokers are filled. We have already had some pre-orders so PLEASE order early. You can contact me or Scott to place your order. THANK YOU!!!!

Carter-Que-Ing is all set up in Myrtle Beach at the "Smoke on the Beach" BBQ Competition. We are serving Scott's "famous" Hurricane stew...his take on a Brunswick stew which is delicious!!
