Last night was a blast! We had so much fun serving up some of our favorites — Angus steak, chicken adobo, and al pastor blue corn tacos & quesadillas, plus cheeseburger sliders and crispy chicken tenders.

The weather was perfect, the music and artists were vibin’, and the atmosphere was unbeatable.

Missed us? Don’t worry — we’ll be in Downtown Bryan on Friday May 2nd. Come hungry!

We’ve been ironing out the details with our food truck division, and let’s just say—it’s been a wild ride! We’ve had our fair share of hiccups, but the more we operate, the better we get every day!

We’ll soon be rolling into Austin, Houston, Sugar Land, and Katy for large festivals and events over the next few months—we hope to see you there!

🚨 Exciting News Alert! 🚨

If you haven’t heard yet, we’re thrilled to announce the latest addition to our catering family: a brand-new, over 20-ft food trailer! This will allow us to take our catering services to the next level as a fully mobile food trailer.

But that’s not all! When it’s not busy serving up events, we’re working on creating a special menu to transform the trailer into a stationary food truck, so you can enjoy our food on the go.

We also want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us—this milestone wouldn’t be possible without our clients' support, and business.
