There’s a lot of hate on roses, and honestly I get where it’s coming from! Grocery store roses would never do justice the absolute works of art that I get imported from Ecuador and Columbia. The farmers work tirelessly to cultivate perfect growing conditions in order to produce some of God’s most beautiful creation. Most people will only get a chance to see these in person, well, at a wedding! Unless they’re regulars at a florist shop investing in quality arrangements, it’s such a treat to see guests witness these high end roses for the first time in their lives. I often get asked, “Are these real? They look too perfect to be real, they can’t be!” 🥰✨

I love single variety bridesmaids bouquets! 🦋🌸🌼🪻🌷🌿I did this for my own wedding back in November 2022. I had never seen it before, but as a florist I really loved the simplicity in the idea of each flower having its own moment. Plus, it symbolized for me that each of my bridesmaids had poured into me to make me who I was- represented in my bouquet with all the varieties mixed in. I love seeing this beautiful metaphor in other clients’ wedding days. It’s funny- I swear each flower variety matches the bridesmaid in some way, without fail! It makes it that much more special🥹🫶🏻 This day fully honored God and His creation: His sons & daughters included in this day, the flowers, the beauty He’s given us, but most important just Him.🤍

Honey, lemon, butter, sunshine, all things yellow & sweet: that’s Shelby Kate!!! 🌼✨💛🌟🌻🌙🐥🐝🍋🍯🔆🧈 I had the privilege of having SK on my team the last several years as a wedding day set up assistant. To know her is to ADORE her. She gives the best hugs, the brightest smiles, the sweetest words, the warmest prayers and true JOY to everyone she meets. 🤩 The Lord is so present in her. She really reminds me what it looks like to bear the fruits of the Holy Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control. I can honestly say Shelby Kate is lacking in none of these fruits. Her tree bears so much fruit it’s heavy, making the branches bow the lowest to our King Jesus. How beautiful it is to witness that in her!!!🥹
