First, our Fruity Pecan Chicken Salad loaded with apples, grapes and toasted pecans in our signature dressing. Served on a flaky fresh-baked croissant.
It pairs perfectly with our soup of the day, our Cream of Asparagus Soup, made fresh with locally-sourced asparagus from one of our Colfax Farmer's Market vendors - Gary and Marcia Buchs. (Come to our first Farmer's Market of the season June 4 (5-6:30 pm) and grab some of their fresh fruits and vegetables.)
