You deserve a beautifully styled wedding AND money left in your bank account! πŸ’›

Real talk β€” when we opened Partydreams Mercer Co. back in 2021, it was because we knew there had to be a better way for couples in our area to get a beautifully styled wedding without spending a fortune on decor they'd only use once.

Because here's the thing... buying a vases, greenery, and centerpieces for 30+ tables plus a heptagon arch, custom welcome sign, AND a cake stand? That's thousands of dollars. For one day.

Renting means you get ALL of that β€” styled, curated, and ready to go β€” without the price tag that comes with owning it.

And honestly? That's what we love most about what we do. πŸ₯Ή

Couples come to us stressed about budgets and leave with a booking list full of beautiful pieces they never thought they could afford. A full white floral wall backdrop. 5-foot LOVE letters. Wh***ey barrels. Sweetheart chairs. Charger plates for every place setting.

It's not just about saving money (though that's a big part of it!). It's about giving you access to the good stuff β€” the pieces that make your venue look like it jumped straight off a Pinterest board.

We're a family-run shop in Coldwater, OH and we genuinely love being part of your wedding story, even just for a Wednesday pickup and Monday drop off πŸ˜„

If you're in Northwestern Ohio or Northeastern Indiana and you're still on the fence about renting vs. buying... come see what we've got. We think you'll be pretty surprised πŸ’›

πŸ”— Head to partydreamsmercerco.com/contact to fill out a contact form and we will send you all the details!

Thinking about buying your wedding decor? Let's do some quick math real quick...

A circle arch alone can run $200-400+ to buy. A greenery wall? Even more. And that's before you factor in the time to source everything, store it, and then figure out what to do with it after the wedding.

Renting is just... smarter. Here's why:

✨ You only pay for what you use β€” no leftover boxes of votives sitting in your garage for years

✨ Everything is already curated β€” no hunting down 70 coordinating candlesticks on Facebook Marketplace

✨ It's way more affordable β€” our Classic Collection starts at $450 and includes centerpieces, arches, signage, garlands, and more

✨ Zero storage stress β€” you pick it up Wednesday, return it Monday, done!

✨ You get access to items you'd never buy β€” like 5' LOVE letters, a vintage sofa, a neon sign, or a full greenery wall

Buying sounds fun until you're elbow-deep in bubble wrap two weeks before your wedding wondering where you're going to put all of it πŸ˜…

We've got three main collections (Classic, Timeless, Black) plus three accent Bundles (Boho, Silver/Glass, Winter), as well as many a la carte items ... so whether you're planning a small wedding or a 500-person celebration, there's something for you!

Kara + Nathan's day at the Hardin County Armory truly felt like stepping into their own little daydream.

From the moment guests walked through those castle-style doors and saw their acrylic welcome sign with soft white florals, you could tell the whole day was them: thoughtful, classic, a little bit old-soul and a little bit modern.

They said "I do" under our black metal circle arch draped in white fabric and layered with mauve + lilac blooms… then flipped the space so the same arch framed their head table for the rest of the night. One backdrop, two moments they'll never forget.

Every table held something special:
β€’ Eucalyptus rings with glass jugs framed by black circles
β€’ Black lantern-style centerpieces with glass bud vases
β€’ Soft candlelight in ribbed votives
β€’ Pops of lilac that echoed Kara's bouquet πŸ’œ

The dessert table may or may not have been a guest favorite… black dessert stands overflowing with cupcakes + cookies, plus a whole table of popcorn favors that disappeared fast.

Kara + Nathan, thank you for trusting us to help bring your dream to life. We're still obsessed. ✨
